Below is list of different registration options.  Please select the one you want to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button.  This will take you to your cart (PayPal.com) and you will be able to check out via PayPal with a credit card or bank account.  Registration at PayPal is not necessary!  However, we do request your contact information (address, phone number and email address).  This will be the shipping information when you checkout.  Please note that nothing will be shipped to you.  You will receive a receipt via email for your payment. 
Special Notes:
If you are purchasing more than one registration, change the quantity in your cart or click the continue shopping button to return to this page and select another registration. 
To donate to the student fund, please add donation to your cart and change the quantity if needed (see details below).  If you have any problems/questions with this system please send an email to treasurer @

Registration Options

Early Registration by September 28th $40.00 Life Members/Students: $30.00
Late Registration September 29, 30 & Oct 1st $50.00 Life Members/Students: $40.00

Student/Lifetime Members/Meals Only - $30   click "Add to Cart" below to add this registration to your cart


Donations to the Student Fund - $10
Click the "Add to Cart" button to add a donation to your cart
**Note - To donate more than $10, add the $10 donation to your cart and increase the quantity to the desired amount.  For example, to donate $50, add the $10 donation to your cart and increase the quantity to five (5).


* - $10 from each registration collected will be added to the Student Fund
* - All proceeds (after expenses) from the seminars will go into the Student Fund. For exhibitor tables and consultant/literature display, all proceeds after PayPal fees will be added to the Student Scholarship Fund.
